Beautiful buildings and scenery’s
The great city of Polignano a Mare
Before we left Puglia we wanted to visit Polignano a Mare. That supposed to be one of the “must see” towns in Puglia and we agreed with it. When we walked to the town we walked over a boulevard that was rather new. From there we could take a peak at the town itself. The house on the outer side of the town where build on rocks that divided them from the sea. With beautiful white and brown colored buildings it really was a sight we will remember. Inside the town there was a center that was filled with restaurants and souvenir shops.
Mary’s apartment, Massa Lubrense
Then we took the car and rode to our new place. We were planning to stay here for a week. But with million things to do and see, we decided to stay a little longer. The weather is great and the people are lovely.
Look-out Termini
One of the things we wanted to do was hiking. So we hiked to a lookout in Termini. The hike was harder than we expected, because the last time we went hiking was more than a month ago. At the viewpoint there was a little church on the top of the mountain that was, how to say it, a little boring. The churches on the way up where more impressive, but the view up there was really great. We saw the island Carpi and we wanted to go there as soon as possible. Also we had a nice view of the harbor.
We have a lot of things we want to see here and we are staying here for a while. So bye for now. Really nice!
